Welcome to GooRevi! By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
Definitions
"User" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the App.
"Content" refers to any information, text, graphics, videos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the App.
"Services" refers to the features, functionalities, and services offered through the App.
"User Content" refers to any content that users create, upload, store, or share on the App.
"Website" refers to the website operated by Alicsyn Innovation Ltd, which provides information about the App, allows users to register for the App, and download the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of your parent or guardian.
User Accounts
To access certain features of the App and the Website, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password and for any activities or actions taken under your account. You shall not transfer or sell your account to another party. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account, you agree to notify us immediately at contact@goorevi.com.
User Content
4.1 User-Generated Content: The App allows users to post, upload, store, and share content that they create ("User Content"). You retain all rights to the User Content you post, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content for the purposes of operating, promoting, and improving our Services.
4.2 Responsibility for User Content: You are solely responsible for the User Content you post. You represent and warrant that you own all rights to the User Content you post, that such content does not violate the rights of any third party, and that it does not infringe on any intellectual property rights such as copyrights or trademarks. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or may create liability for us.
4.3 License to User Content: Each user grants other users a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to access their publicly posted User Content and to use, copy, and distribute such content as permitted through the functionality of the App. This does not affect the ownership of the content, which remains with the original user.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the App to post, transmit, or share User Content that:
(a) is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
(b) infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party;
(c) contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware;
(d) is spam or other unsolicited advertising;
(e) constitutes false or misleading information;
(f) engages in any illegal activity;
(g) harasses or defames other users;
(h) any other activity that we deem inappropriate or harmful.
Third-Party Services
Our App includes links to third-party websites, plug-ins, and applications that are not affiliated with Alicsyn Innovation Ltd. Links to third-party websites or services are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement by Alicsyn Innovation Ltd. We cannot guarantee the standards of every website link we provide or be responsible for the content, privacy practices, or functionality of such websites. These third parties have their own privacy policies and terms and conditions. We strongly advise you to read the terms and privacy policy of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track the activity on our App and Website and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our App or Website.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alicsyn Innovation Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Except for user-generated content, the intellectual property rights for all content on the App belong to the original rights holders. You shall not use such proprietary content without the express permission of the rights holder.
Limitation of Liability
Alicsyn Innovation Ltd. and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, that may result from the use of our App. This includes but is not limited to losses or damages caused by:
Reliance on the information presented on our App;
Delays or interruptions in service arising from the use or inability to use the App, including any maintenance, updates, or system outages;
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
Any third-party content available through the App;
Statements or conduct of any third party on the App.
Alicsyn Innovation Ltd. will make its best efforts to maintain the security and stability of the Services. However, we do not assume responsibility for service interruptions, third-party infringements, or disputes between users. This limitation of liability does not affect any statutory rights that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction, e.g., State of California, United States], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
10.1 US Users: If you are a US user, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
10.2 EU Users: If you are an EU user, these Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute arising between you and us in connection with these Terms, we agree to first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, you agree to submit the dispute to the competent courts in your place of habitual residence.
10.3 UK Users: If you are a UK user, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to the Terms
Alicsyn Innovation Ltd reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time as it sees fit. We will make every reasonable effort to notify you of any significant changes. Such notice will be provided at least 30 days before the new terms become effective and will be communicated through one or more of the following methods:
Posting on our website or through the App;
Direct communication to you via email or through the App notifications;
Any other method we deem adequately direct and immediate.
By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you should stop using our services and contact us to deactivate your account.
Account Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@goorevi.com. We may terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe that you have violated these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
Force Majeure
Alicsyn Innovation Ltd. shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, and government actions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Alicsyn Innovation Ltd regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
